Our whole-grain banana muffins are individually wrapped in ovenable film and produced in New York State using NYS-milled flour, NYS eggs,
and dairy. Each muffin provides a minimum of 2 grams of fiber and is formulated to be low in processed sugar but with enough sweetness coming from the banana. These ooze with a warm banana aroma and flavor. Baked fresh to order and delivered directly from the bakery, these products offer superior freshness and a true local supply chain. Serve at breakfast anytime or at lunch as the grain component for NY30.

Prep instructions.

Thaw at room temperature 2–3 hours before service. Best when warmed
for a few minutes in an oven or rack warmer.
